* How to Pre-order
Order the same as normal. We won't charge until we ship your order.

* Shipping
Japanese merchandise: Takes about 2 weeks to come in after initial release in Japan.
Domestic merchandise: Immediately upon release.

* Order may require cancellation if the quantity of an item ordered exceeds the current available supply.

* Order may require cancellation if the publication of an ordered title has been cancelled.

* Please note that the release date might get pushed back by the publisher.

* Order may be delayed if an ordered title's release date is delayed by the publisher.

* Please choose "2 shipments or 2+ shipments" for the Shipping Preferences if you order both in-stock and "Pre-order" items at the same time.

Orders with a mix of in-stock and "Pre-order" items will be shipped separately at additional cost, even if you choose 1 shipment.
