Overall: 5.0
A long overdue attempt to be interesting, with mixed results. Only Ifurita actually is interesting.

Story: 6.0
Clear plots, mounting stakes, occasionally obeying the rules of logic- definitely an improvement.

Character Development: 3.0
Easier with the introduction of a character worth developing. However, in the next volume, it will be curious to see whether Ifurita can be more interesting than Shayla Shayla can be irritating.

Art/Animation: 5.0
It ranges from finely detailed to downright sloppy. When the three priestesses fight the Bugroms, the animators had noticeable trouble drawing feet and hands one consistent size. This detail is so bad that it is actually distracting.

Translation: 4.0
There are some odd word choices, like referring to Ifurita as being revitalized instead of reawakened. But dialogue's charm has always been its oddity. Unfortunately most of the odd lines in these episodes are awkward, not funny.

Acting: 5.0
Ifurita speaks in cool steady tones and never whimpers to convey uncertainty as far too many voice actors (including some in this series) do.

MPAA Equivalent: R
Mild violence, a lot of shticky jokes about sex, despite the fact that no one seems to be having any.

X-Factors

High Priestess-fu Factor: 6.0
Features a deadly move known as, "The Vacuum Slash of Afuri Mann."

Tips on unsubtle flirting for young lesbians Factor: 7.0
Alielle is persistent if not suave.
