These cels have been carefully crafted and produced by Studio Pierrot, one of the most well-known and successful Japanese animation studios and creators of hit anime series such as Naruto, Bleach, Fushigi Yuugi, and Yu Yu Hakusho!
Each hand-painted cel is placed over a background image, then placed in a mat bearing the Studio Pierrot insignia. At the lower portion of the mat is a seal with the Naruto Shippuden logo and license and copyright information. It is then placed in a clear plastic wrap with the official studio pierrot sticker on the back right-hand corner.
