Top Ten Anime-Related Promotions at Various Restaurants in the Coming Year


10: To promote it's new Garlic-Lovers Pizza, Pizza Hut is giving away Vampire Hunter starter kits complete with wooden stake, jeweled crucifix and a sense of forlorn self-loathing and alienation that eats away at your humanity. A perfect Christmas gift.

9: Now at Popeye's - Southern Fried Pokéballs. Mmmm, Mmmm good. Served with Dragonballs, poached or busted.

8: Tonight's the night to eat out with Red Lobster's new Sorcerer Hunters dessert menu: Luscious Chocolate and Creamy Tira Misu.

7: In partnership with Gainax, Earl's Herbal Cafe offers the Chia Mecha. Just spread the malodorous green paste on your forehead and within minutes a giant robot will burst through your skull. (Not to be used with irony or non sequitur ...camel).

6: For a limited time only Jack (and) the Box whips out the Ranma ½ sex change scalpel. Make your own antenna balls. (One time use. Void in Texas.)

5: The Black Angus Steakhouse has decided to cater to its vegetarian clientele with several Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water vegetarian items like … Grass … and, uh, bark from a willow tree … I guess … well, how about seaweed, can you eat seaweed? … Damn, this girl is difficult. How about algae? Or is algae too "living" for you?

4: Kenshin's popularity has inspired the Samurai Delicatessen to re-open.
