AMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAZING book! Seriously, I'll never look at manga the same after seeing this awesome guy's art; it's gritty, gruesome and utterly gorgeous at the same time. That being said...it's definately OT rated for a reason. More guts than Shaun of the Dead, w/ plenty of nudity and profanity as well. But I don't care. It's a fab book that's encouraged me to check out the artist's other works. :D
